New trains uncertainty goes on after Spending Review

A German ICE arrived in London this week, but the French are opposing the use of Siemens trains in the Channel Tunnel. FOCUS reports on what might happen now.

SPECULATION about orders for new trains has been continuing, in spite of the Comprehensive Spending Review speech by the Chancellor of the Exchequer.
